Hi, I’m Wayne.

Wayne’s Running Journey started as a personal place to document my training but I realised very quickly that the lessons learned on the road have often extended far beyond running itself.

Here you’ll find training logs, journal entries, reflections, mindset lessons, and the occasional observation that seems worth writing down. Some posts focus on running, while others explore the habits, challenges, and experiences that shape the journey around it.

I’m not a coach, an elite athlete, or someone with all the answers. I’m simply documenting what I’m learning along the way and creating a record of progress that I can look back on in years to come.

My hope is that this site remains an honest reflection of the journey — the good days, the difficult days, the breakthroughs, the setbacks, and everything in between.
